I wish it were Sunday...cuz that's my fun day....

Ok, so I am no Cindy Lauper, sue me.(Ok, update: Not the Bangles did this song....sorry for the mistake DAN) Today really has been a Manic Monday. There are a bunch of new programs launching at work and I am trying to work on some stuff for my Monogram Tutorial blog. I really had a wonderful weekend, despite melting in my way to hot apartment.

On Friday I got a chance to hang out with my 2 nieces. My sister needed a little bit of alone time, her youngest (Mason) had an ear infection. So I took her kids to the park/School. My sister asked me to bring my camera so I could catch some pictures of the girls. I had a blast with the kids. Ella, the 6 1/2 year old, kept posting for me. She started making the strangest faces. She kept asking me to take this picture or that. She said it would be, 'The cutest picture ever'! LOL she was too cute. Alexa was content to play and follow her sister around.

On Saturday I got to assist, on a wedding, the lovely Jennifer Johnson from OCs Finest Weddings. I always love helping Jennifer because; she is always really organized which makes helping easy, she is really creative so her weddings always turn out beautifully and I really like her. The car rides to the weddings are always super fun because we get to chat. I was able to get some pretty shots of the reception. You can see all the pictures on Jennifer's Blog.

Sunday...well, Sunday was my funday. I got to relax...too bad I couldn't sleep in because it was so damn hot. I did get to go out to lunch w/ my hubby. My sister and my niece Ella came over to swim in our pool. It was lots of fun, too bad they couldn't stay longer. The rest of the day I got to veg and catch up on New Your Housewife's.

Here are some of the pictures I got of my nieces:

The park was just across the street, but the girls had to arrive in style in their cool Barbie car. I would have killed to have one of these as a kid.

I loved Alexa's little shoes.

This was one of the silly faces Ella kept making. She insisted I take this picture.

This was at Ella's school. They had a little garden area. Apparently they are not allowed in there, but I didn't find that out until later...oops.

Little Alexa. Her hair was all messy because her sister helped her wash it.

Alexa was playing on this swing. I asked her to look up and give me a pretty smile. She said No, I'm going to give you an ugly one. Then she pouted which was adorable.

Sorry for the overkill on pictures, I just loved the ones of the girls. In fact I took twice as many as these.

Happy Monday,
BriannaNichole!

You should make these photos into an album and give it to your sister for mother's day. They are great pictures!
