New Item...Crossfit

I added a new element to my blog. On the right hand side you will see my daily (or by weekly depending on how much I work out) Crossfit workout. I will try and update it daily. If you find yourself scratching your head at this post, you should checkout my blog entry on Crossfit.

Hopefully Crossfit and eating better help me get ready for swimsuit season and the Bahama's in November.

Awesome! I hope you find a workout plan that you like and that you can carry on long term. I wish you luck! I also started my "Get Fit" plan as of this past Sunday. Bikini season is sooo cruel and I want to be able to feel good about myself in perfect time for summer.
